Returns Policy

The customer has the right to return if he finds that the products supplied are defective or other non-conformities related to the ordered items. The return can be made up to 15 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification label. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 15 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to refund. If the defect or non-conformity that justifies the return is confirmed, the total amount paid will be refunded. The refund amount is made by bank transfer. The product can be returned and refunded or exchanged for a new item. The product can be exchanged if the consumer has taken all the precautions mentioned on the card that accompanies the bag regarding the information on the bag.

The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products, return them within 15 calendar days of receipt. However, the right of return only occurs provided that the products:

  • Have not been used.
  • Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (containers opened with care will not be considered damaged).
  • Be complete (for example, all items that make up a bag must be returned).
  • Have not been tampered with and have the identification tag.

Please note that only the value of the item will be refunded. Shipping costs will only be refunded in exceptional cases, such as, for example, if the item sent is damaged or does not correspond to what was ordered.

Exchange for size or for other items

The customer can exchange the products received within 15 calendar days after receipt.

NOTE: We do not accept exchanges or returns on custom laser engraved items.
