Ferreira & Pereira, Lda will ship orders from Monday to Friday, except holidays and on days and times used by the logistics company, to the address indicated by the User when confirming the order. Bolflex – A. Ferreira & Pereira, Lda. undertakes to fulfill the order, between the 2nd day after payment and up to a maximum period of 30 days from the day of payment validation.

• Modification of the Terms and Conditions

Bolflex – A. Ferreira & Pereira, Lda. reserves the right to change, at any time, these Terms and Conditions, after notification, deemed made through publication on the mypoochbags.com website. In cases where we are unable to contact the customer, we will cancel the order and you will be refunded the full amount within a period of up to 15 working days.
