The purchase process is simple. Just follow these steps: 1. Choose the products you are interested in, click on the article and evaluate the corresponding images and information, such as description, size, price and quantity. Choose your accessories. 2. Confirm. 3. Add the product to the cart. You can choose to continue shopping or process the order. Registration is not required. 3. Select one of the following payment methods: Paypal, Mbway, Multibanco or Bank Transfer. 4. Confirm the order. 5. You will receive an order confirmation email.

Yes. You can buy with complete peace of mind as this website assumes a commitment of responsibility towards its visitors, protecting their personal data based on the encryption of data transmission through a secure HTTP, guaranteeing the security of your purchases and your data.

When an article is unavailable, we will try to make it available again as soon as possible. If you wish, send an email to: [email protected] indicating the reference, color and desired size.
As soon as it's available again we'll get in touch.
If there is no stock available or replacement perspective, the item will be removed from the site.

Yes. You can delete undesired items from your cart before you process your order.

No. You can complete the order without registering on the site, choosing the option “buy without creating an account”.

If you don't remember your password, you can recover it in the Login field. You will receive an email with the new access password.

All orders are placed in Euros (€), and payment is processed in that currency.
Please note that if your bank account is in a different currency, the exchange rate used to debit your account will be automatically determined by your bank / PayPal and not by My Cute Pooch.

Currently, My Cute Pooch offers the following payment methods: Credit Card, Paypal, Multibanco and Bank Transfer.

Yes. Each time you enter a valid tax identification number (NIF), you will receive an invoice with that data. If you didn't put a VAT number on the order or if you provided a wrong VAT number, we will automatically issue an invoice to an Undifferentiated Customer, as provided by law.

Currently, My Cute Pooch delivers to the European Union.

Due to different customs policies and import taxes, My Cute Pooch has no control over possible costs that may apply when an order arrives at the destination country, so it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees.
If you have any doubts, contact your local customs office before placing your order for information on customs costs and their applicability.

Returns in case of product defect or error in the My Cute Pooch Online Store are always free. Returns made by consumer regret only have the cost of sending the bag to the My Cute Pooch address.

For mainland Portugal and Spain delivery is made within a maximum period of 3 working days after shipment.
For Madeira Island, between 5 and 7 business days after shipment.
For the Azores, between 4 and 12 working days after shipment.
To all other countries within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Para Portugal Continental os portes são gratuitos para compras superiores a 100€. Quando as compras não atingirem este valor, será cobrado um porte de envio de 7€.
For the European Union, a shipping fee of €20 will be charged.
Para a Madeira e Açores – envio normal: 10€
For the Balearic and Canary Islands: under request.

You'll receive your package in the address indicated in your account or inserted in the moment of the purchase.

In order to maintain the original color of your bag, we advise you to minimize contact with materials and clothes that dye and that cleaning is carried out with a damp cloth and neutral soap on the base.

The illustrated products must not be in contact with any type of moisture. Pooch is not responsible for stains caused by misuse.

Pooch is manufactured with special particles, therefore, we advise you not to expose it to very high temperatures.
