Due to the different customs policies and import taxes, My Cute Pooch has no control over possible costs that can be applied when an order arrives in the country of destination, and it is not possible to predict the exact value of these rates.

Returns in case of defect or product error in the My Cute Pooch Online Store are always free. Returns made due to consumer regret have only the cost of postage from the bag to Bolflex.
For the Mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery is made within 2 business days after shipment.
For Madeira Island, between 5 and 7 business days after shipment.
To the Azores Islands, between 4 and 12 business days after the expedition.

For Portugal Mainland the shipping is free for purchases over € 50. When purchases do not reach this amount, a shipping fee of € 4.90 will be charged.
