Then you can choose to continue to purchase or process your order. Registration is not necessary. 4. Select one of the following payment methods: PayPal, Mbway, ATM or Bank Transfer. 5. Confirm your order. 6. You will receive an email confirming your order.

When an item is unavailable, we’ll try to make it available again as soon as possible. If you wish, send an email to: [email protected] indicating the desired reference, color and size. As soon as it is available, we will contact you. If there is no stock available or replenishment perspective, the item will be removed from the site.
Yes. You can delete unwanted items from your shopping cart before processing your order.
No. You can complete your order without registering on the website by choosing the option “buy without creating an account”.
If you don’t remember your password, you can recover it in the Login field. You will receive an email with your new password.
All orders are made in Euros (€), and the payment is processed in that currency. Note that, if your bank account has a different currency, the exchange rate used to withdraw money from your account is determined automatically by your bank / PayPal and not by My Cute Pooch.

Yes. If you introduce a valid VAT number, you will receive an invoice with your personal data. If you have not entered an IBAN on your account or provided a wrong IBAN, we will automatically issue an invoice to an undifferentiated customer, as required by law.
Currently, My Cute Pooch ships to the European Union.
Due to different customs policies and import taxes, My Cute Pooch has no control over possible costs that may apply when an order arrives in the destination country, and it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these fees. If you have any questions, you can contact your local customs office before placing your order for information on customs costs and their applicability.
Returns in the event of a product defect or error on the My Cute Pooch Online Store are always free of charge. Returns made due to consumer regret only have the cost of shipping the handbag back to My Cute Pooch’s address.
For mainland Portugal and Spain, delivery is made within a maximum period of 3 working days after dispatch. For Madeira Island, between 5 and 7 working days after dispatch. For the Azores, between 4 and 12 working days after dispatch. To other countries between 3 and 7 working days after dispatch.
For mainland Portugal, shipping is free for purchases over €100. When purchases do not reach this amount, a shipping fee of €6 will be charged. For the European Union, a shipping fee of €20 will be charged. Islands of Portugal: Madeira and Azores – standard shipping: 6€ Islands of Spain: Balearic and Canary Islands: on request.
You will receive your order at the address indicated in your account or entered at the time of ordering.
To maintain the original color of your bag, Pooch advises customers to minimize contact with dyed materials and clothes, and to clean it with a damp cloth and neutral soap on the base. The illustrated items must not be in contact with any type of humidity. Pooch is not responsible for stains caused by misuse. Pooch is manufactured with special particles; therefore, we advise you not to expose it to very high temperatures.
