The client is entitled to a refund if he/she finds that the items supplied have defects or other non-conformities related to the items ordered. The return can be completed up to 15 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and identification label. The seller will review the returned item and inform the user of the right to a refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 15 days from the date of confirmation via email of the right to a refund. If the defect or non-compliance that justifies the return is confirmed, the total amount paid will be refunded. The amount of money return is made by bank transfer. The item can be returned and refunded or exchanged for a new item. The item can be exchanged, if the consumer has taken all the precautions mentioned on the card that accompanies the bag with the information on the bag.
The client may, if not satisfied with the items, return them within 15 calendar days of receipt. However, the right of return only occurs as long as the items:
- Haven’t been used.
- Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (containers opened with care will not be considered damaged).
- Be complete (for example, all items that make up a bag must be returned).
- Have not been tampered with and have the identification tag.
Exchange for size or other items
The client can exchange the products received within 15 calendar days after receipt.
NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom laser engraved items.
