Deliveries

After we received your order we ship within the period of 5 business days.

Delivery time of orders by destination:

Portuguese and Spanish mainland, delivery is made within 2 business days after shipment.

Madeira Island, between 5 and 7 business days after shipment.

Azores Islands, between 6 to 12 business days after the expedition.

Other countries within 3 to 7 business days after shipment.

For Portugal Mainland the shipping is free for purchases over € 50. When purchases do not reach this amount, a shipping fee of € 4.90 will be charged.

For Europe Union a shipping fee of €17.00 will be charged.

Portugal islands: Madeira and the Azores:

– standard shipping: €20,00

– express shipping: €40,00

Spain islands: Balearic and Canary: on request.

Returns
Returns of Defective Products

The customer is entitled to a return if it is found that the products supplied have defects or other nonconformities with respect to the ordered items. The return may be made within 15 days after notification of the defect and the product must keep its box and its identification tag. The seller will analyze the returned product and inform the user of the right to the refund (if applicable). As a rule, the seller will refund within 10 working days and, in any case, within 15 days from the date of confirmation via e-mail of the right to reimbursement. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed as a justification for the return, the entire amount paid will be refunded. The refund of the amount paid will always be made using the same form of payment used in the purchase.

Right of Withdrawal

The customer may, if he is not satisfied with the products supplied, return it within 15 calendar days after receipt. However, the right to return only occurs provided that the products:

– Have not been used.

– Keep the original characteristics and the packaging is not damaged (carefully opened containers will not be considered damaged).

– Be complete (eg both accessories have to be returned).

– Have not been tampered with and keep the identification tag.

Note: The customer is responsible for paying postage when returning the product.

Exchanges

We accept the exchange of our items within 15 days.
To exchange one item for another you must send the item you received to:

After receiving the article and analyzing it, we will send the exchange product to the address indicated.

Note: the item you intend to exchange, cannot be used, and must be sent under the same conditions as it was received.

It is worth mentioning that we extend the exchange period until December 28th.
